Your Choice Begin with tender seared scallops basted in garlic, parsley, white wine, and butter—or warm your soul with our red wine French onion soup, served with baguette and melted Asiago cheese.
Main Course
The Star of the Show Our 10oz AAA slow-roasted prime rib takes center stage, accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables, sour cream and caramelized onion mashed potatoes, and your choice of classic demi-glace or savory mushroom demi.
Dessert
Sweet Endings Close the evening with coffee crème pudding, light as a cloud—or the timeless crème brûlée with its perfectly torched sugar top.
